Using Google Maps, search for the "Luskville Falls Trail" on Google Maps. Drive all the way to the end of Chemin de l'Hôtel de Ville. When the road comes to an end, park on the shoulder. Looking up and left you will see Copa Cabana, Down Under and Eastern Block (L to R). Make your way into the forest. When you come to the first Y-intersection, continue leftward. Follow a well-travelled trail until you hit the wooden ladders. Keep going up and you will probably be out of breath, but at the base of Down Under.
