Some of Ontario's nicer limestone climbing located right on Georgian Bay. Awesome views and a range of route difficulties from 5.10 - 5.14-. Requires knowledge of natural anchor building, rappelling, and multi-pitch belay techniques. Not beginner friendly. The few sport moderates on the Latvian ledge were removed June 2020.
Drive East out of the Town of Lion's Head on Moore st. Follow to the obvious trail head parking on the right hand side (across from the cottages). Do not park on the road - you will get a ticket. Hike in on the Bruce main trail (signs for Lion's Head Lookout). continue hiking North/East along the cliff. The trail meets the cliff at the headspace wall. Note that the fixed line at the Stinger Gully was removed June 2020 so rappelling and ascending/climbing out is necessary to reach all routes.
