The Love Den is at the SOUTH end of Medicine Lake!
TO GET THERE: Take Maligne lake Road 2km East of Jasper, cross the Athabasca River and set your odometer to zero. Drive for 33km on Maligne Lake Road, look for a stop sign to your right and take that road that turns around back right and down to the river, this is an old boat launch. Park at the end of this bumpy Road.
APPROACH: Follow an old fire road that starts at the end of the parking lot. The fire road follows the river downstream that you can hear and see sometimes on the way. stay on the fire road the whole time, going over occasional dead trees. Look right for a clearing with a boulder field and a big boulder(20 meter wide by 7-8 meter high) just about 30 meter from the trail, you can't miss it An easy 20 minute walk from the Parking lot.
