Shockingly yes. Mt Doug has climbing. Just off Blenkinshop is a small bluff with one sport route and some TR options. Somehow on the left side of the wall is an incredible polished granodiorite overhang with 2 excellent boulder problems. On the west face of Mt Doug proper there is also an overhanging hand crack that was climbed on gear by Greg Foweraker in the 70's-80's though the First ascent may have been done earlier by the long defunct University of Victoria Rock Scaling Club. It likely hasn't seen an ascent in decades, and is quite short but might be a cool challenge for a decent trad climber.
