Greg Bauch: Left foot out left; chuck right hand up and then bump again. Probably can do it in shoes.

Fun lowball. A great warm up or cool down boulder. Fun heelhooks and open those hips to get those left foot chips . It even has a similar throw at the end to an edge like Easy Chair hahah -
