2025-03-29Tried this route during a short visit from the UK in 2004, expecting a nice warmup but was instead shut down by the unfamiliar tight hands style. I have been spanked by many climbs but this was probably the all-time most humiliating - it is only 5.9 FFS! Apparently I now have the required technique or maybe the crack has been widened by constant top roping over the intervening twenty years? -
