jerrodshin: From the second last bolt: I go straight to the second crack w the right hand from the shitty pinch. Then I wrap my left hand around the bulge on the left to pull on a decent edge to get myself up. Then left hand to third crack and clip. -
Aidan Pinsk: From undercling at crux, cross up right to edge with thumb catch and pull through to left pinch up high. Get high right foot, smear left foot against slopy face and go for pinch up right (don’t be deceived by edge on top). Come in to left sidepull/undercling. Squeeze and bring right foot up, then shoot to right sidepull below the bad pinch. Bring left foot up to good edge, then fall in right hand to second of the three first incuts on the slab (first is terrible). Bring left hand up to good sidepull up high around the arete. Bring right foot up to right facing smear on arete and left foot up to left facing smear higher up on arete. Cross in left to third incut on slab, then work your way up to victory jugs by using finger lock magic on the thin slots up high. -

Send go felt like a dream. Very flowy movement once you enter the crux. Left the undercling and then just flew to the chains.

Very popular and well deserved! I loved the 3 different styles in 15m. Easy climbing on jugs to a powerful crux to a techy finish! A good beta helps, there is always someone at the crag with the beta ;)

2018-08-07Four goes-two in 2017 and two on send day in 2018. Approx date. A lot of people say it’s soft for the grade but I found it very challenging and it doesn’t ease up after the crux.

Lots of attempts. Beta unlocked what was otherwise a very awkward move for tall people. Greased off instead of falling due to pump or difficulty. Frustrating, but a nice break through.

After 2 years of not getting this climb, it finally happened. So long "Cool Ranch Flavour"! Finally worked out better beta to get my left hand into the left hand pinch and stuck the left hand move to the crimp. Glad to have this one done, now its time to move on. Thanks for all the belays, on this one, Pete, Luke, James and Evan.
