  tylerhogan:   Start seated in the low cave on the arete. Use a right toe hook on a pocket under the roof left toe hook on a good edge to pull on. From there punch up to the right hand pinch and hand foot swap on the left pinch. Use a good foot in a bad location to move through the crux, which uses a very cool triangle-shaped slimper.

  Finally got around to trying this again after 10 years. Climbs more technical than expected. Sweet little bulge encounter

  Finally. Took me around 10 sessions probably over the last couple of years. I kept trying different beta and coming up just short. I switched beta so many times on this climb. Finally, I settled on my own unique foot cutting beta. Really cool climb that packs a lot of movement and difficulty into a short space. Probably the second ascent? A nice belated birthday present.

  A fun addition to Illium... features some pretty unique holds including a perfect right handed sloping feature. I believe this is a first ascent as I cleaned off lichen and broke off some chossy holds in the process of sending, but if you know otherwise, please let me know
